Hotel a Jones Beach Island

“Staff is no good”

“Great hotel, the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. We will definitely return and we highly recommend this hotel.”

“Very clean nd new hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“Clean”

“Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful”

“Dirty and not well maintained rooms, with no amenities at all. Definitely a total waste of money”

“Great atmosphere, very clean and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“This property has a lot of potential, and the exterior is well maintained, but the guest rooms are overdue for improvement. Cleanliness was my biggest concern, and the unfriendly check in experience didn't help. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. I hope management addresses housekeeping, room maintenance, and service training, as this hotel could be a great JFK option.”
